Os novos valores entrarão em vigor a partir do dia 01 de Junho do corrente.

"THC INCREASE – SSA SERVICE"

Dear Customers,

On behalf our principals, PIL – Pacific International Lines, we hereby announce, THC adjustment for imports and exports on our SSA Service – “Brazil / Asia / Brazil” – as per below:

New THC will be applied as from and inclusive:

• Imports (WB): for all cargoes loaded as from MV YM Tianjin 103W (eta Shanghai June 13th)
• Exports (NB): for all cargoes loaded as from MV Alvsborg Bridge 003E (eta Navegantes June 22nd)

Announcement to the market
“CONGESTION SURCHARGE”

Dear Customers,

On behalf our principals, PIL – Pacific International Lines, we hereby inform that due to present operational conditions of low productivity and congestion at Paranaguá port, it will be implemented the congestion surcharge at Usd 155 per container, to be applied as follows:

- Imports: for all cargoes loaded as from July 8th 2010;

- Exports: for all cargoes loaded as from August 2nd 2010.

We will be at your disposal for any additional information which may be required.
